Payment Terms
ZenForms uses a simple per-form pricing model. You pay once per form at the tier level you choose:
Per-Form Pricing
Each form you create is a one-time purchase at your selected tier level. There are no recurring subscription fees—you pay once per form and own it for life.
Form Upgrades
You can upgrade an existing form to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference between your current tier and the new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock additional features and limits for that form.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our service, all form purchases are final and non-refundable once the form tier has been activated. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers and Warranties
ZenForms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenForms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or at our discretion for business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
